Terms of Service

Welcome to Jarib LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Who we are
Jarib LLC is a U.S. limited liability company registered at 829 SW Avenue B, Belle Glade, FL 33430, USA. We are an independent deal-finding and brokerage service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Apple Inc., Amazon.com Inc., Best Buy Co., Inc. or any other retailer or manufacturer whose products we monitor.
2. Description of the Service
For a subscription fee of USD $5.00 per month, we provide:
- continuous price monitoring across multiple retailers and second-hand marketplaces;
- customised notifications (e-mail, SMS, messengers) about deals on items in your wishlist;
- private brokerage — where appropriate, we negotiate individual offers with brands or sellers on your behalf and act as an intermediary;
- concierge support during the purchase process.
We do not sell products ourselves and we never bill you for any device. The only amount we ever charge you is the USD $5.00 monthly subscription. Any actual purchase of goods (including the iPhone featured on our landing page) is concluded directly between you and the third-party seller; we introduce you to the seller and may help coordinate logistics, but the device payment never passes through Jarib LLC.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription, billing and renewal
The subscription is USD $5.00 per month, billed in advance via Stripe Inc. The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@jarib.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No other amount is billed by Jarib LLC. The price of any third-party device (for example the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB at $2,099) is paid by you directly to the seller. We will disclose the seller's identity, the agreed price and any applicable shipping or taxes before you agree to that separate transaction.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) resell or sublicense our alerts, (b) attempt to circumvent access controls, (c) use the Service to facilitate any illegal transaction, or (d) submit false personal information.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Service (excluding third-party trademarks) is owned by Jarib LLC. Apple®, iPhone®, and all other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific deal will remain available, that a third-party seller will fulfil an order, or that a manufacturer warranty will be honoured. Our liability for any individual transaction is limited to the amount of the subscription fees you paid in the preceding three months, except where higher liability is mandated by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
