Refund Policy

Jarib LLC charges a single, fully-disclosed amount: the USD $5.00 monthly subscription. We do not bill you for any third-party device. The refund rules below cover only the subscription.
1. Subscription refunds
You may cancel the Jarib Member subscription at any time. If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your very first payment and have not yet been handed a seller introduction or accepted a brokered quote, we will issue a full refund of the $5 subscription charge. After that period the subscription remains non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but it stops renewing immediately.
2. Third-party device purchases
Because we never collect payment for a device — you always pay the seller directly — refunds on device purchases are governed by the seller's own policy, not ours. We will, however, advocate on your behalf at no extra cost if anything is materially different from what we negotiated: wrong storage, broken seal, missing warranty, etc.
If the seller refuses to make you whole and the issue was caused by inaccurate information we provided, Jarib LLC will refund up to three (3) months of your subscription as goodwill, regardless of the original 7-day window.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@jarib.com
from the address used at checkout, include your payment ID (starts with
pi_), and describe what happened. We respond within 2
business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting our support team, we may temporarily suspend your account until the dispute is resolved by Stripe. We always prefer to handle issues directly — please reach out first.
